  The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location overlooking the beach, lovely sunsets. Close to outside restaurants and amenities. I had a fantastic stay at this resort and would highly recommend Kartika Plaza. I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. - Staff friendly and excellent service. Great response for requests. Wonderful room size and design. Since I have an infant child, it was particularly sweet that Conrad prepared a small package of baby stuff (shampoo, lotion diaper, etc) and placed stuffed toys (monkeys and turtles) around. Everything was excellent! - This place was a 10 out 10. My wife and I are extremely picky but we could not find a single problem with Conrad. I recommend for families and couples(they have a separate area for them). It is perfect! All was integrated and I never need to touch my walled to purchase anything. They even held our children while we were having dinner sometimes ; )
