The apartments were spacious by European standards and they were ideally
located near City Center. They were cleaned daily and everything worked
reasonably well. The internet connection was a bit shaky at times and
was a dsl line. The tv was likewise weird, having at times 150 channels,

All of the reception personnel were extremely gracious and helpful. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. They answered questions, confirmed tours, made phone calls to check on things in other towns, made great suggestions about places to eat and buy things, and gave directions to get around. Marcus and Lisa for making my stay so special. No extra charges if you
need to have your clothes washed and free coffee. It was a nice touch to
leave hand towels for the clients in the bathroom. Wifi working
properly. Super comfi beds, with fluffy duvets. Location is great too.

The location is smack downtown, the apartments are spacious, stylish and
have everything one would wish for, and upon asking Ymir would provide

We checked in really late which was not a problem. we we dead tired and found the most comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel.
The pace was peaceful and quiet, which was great since we were traveling with our 2 young children, 3 years old and 2 months old.
Breakfast the next morning was very nice.

I liked the food served (and nearby restaurants), the ready drinks service, the wooden guys sitting around the lobby, the room we were given (ground floor, with one of our party weak on walking), the willingness to call a taxi when asked, the neat design of the room, esp. bathroom.
