  We used the hotel whilst visiting the Hungarian Air Show. We werepicked up on arrival, transferred to/from the station next day (we usedthe train to get to Kecskemet). Day 3 they again transferred us toFerihegyi Station for our transfer into Budapest. All this for free -and with a smile!!!! What a service!!!!   The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and everything looks new, but don't expect a lot of free space. Breakfast was excellent with a - Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

  Excellent and totally empty swimming pool. Close to highway. Nice reception lady when I arrived. Even though it was 2 a.m. lady was all smiling and very helpful. - Friendly staff good food, near the motorway, nice garden unfortunately the spa was closed so no opinion.

The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.
