Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure. placement - The friendliness of staff - nothing was too much trouble and they were all extremely helpful with making reservations e.g city tour, taxi etc. This made life very easy indeed. - All the staff were very helpful, one of the best we have stayed in, thebreakfast was also incredible. As a solo traveller celebrating my birthday at the time of my stay I received a superb recommendation for a nearby restaurant for dinner & was looked after at the Bohem Art bar by being given a complimentary bottle of champagne!

Stylish compact room with pleasant colours and decoration. New look and extremely clean in all spaces. Staff professional and friendly, ready to help finding answers whenever asked. Best of all, my room was on top with sky view over roofs, morning sun shining into shower room through big window. Great temperature/air conditioning controls in room.

Our stay at Estilo Fashion hotel was excellent from minute one. Reception staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, room spacious, clean and modern. Location in pedestrian mall and within walking distance of many tourist attractions and not far from the river and the large city indoor market. A very pleasant stay. We will highly recommend this hotel to our travelling friends.

Great - very central - location (the main metro station is just a few meters away), helpful and polite staff, and the rooms were very large and comfortable. We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!
