We had a wonderful stay at Kalmar Pensio. It is a beautiful 120 year old mansion comverted into a Pension in an excellent location. It is very near the Chain Bridge in Budapest, right behind the Gellert Baths and so easily accessible to all major sightseeing venues yet in a residential area. The Manager, Ester made us very welcome and was very informative and helpful. We had a huge room with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and a huge bathroom! What more could you ask for?!

Even though we stayed at Nemes Apartment for only 1 night, the owner was very friendly and even let us stay in the apartment later than the normal check out time.
The apartment was much bigger than we imagined, we would have loved to stay another day or two.

The location was perfect. We were across the street from the Danube, and closest to all attractions and restaurants. We had our five year-old daughter with us, and she made friends with the neighbour children in the courtyard. It was one of the best trips we have taken in Europe thus far. It was a beautiful apartment with all of the amenities we needed.

A great location, if you want to be near the main tourist street with lost of shops and restaurants (which are open late and sell everything at 'tourist prices'). The apartment has an unique atmosphere, with very high ceilings, windows opening to Vaci utca, and a church sitting in the back yard.

So the hotel is really good and absolutely value for money (we've payed 180 EUR for dbl room for 3 nights with breakfast). There is a sauna, jacuzzi and mini water pool in wellness center and opportunity to order massage with discount. It was a very spacious apartment and very well equipet. Everything we needed was there! Like soap, toiletpaper, soap for dishwaser and washingmachine. The wifi also worked well. The hostess Eva, was also realy nice and helpful and gave us a lot useful information about Budapest and how to get around.
The apartment had a very god location as it was situated next to the foodmarket and 800 meters from the Gellert bath. We can realy recomend this appartement!

We arrived late but the owner of the apartment was happy to wait and meet us, great service! The apartment was fairly clean, functional and comfortable, with a very good location, central to the old town, and most of the restaurants/bars/river. Also minutes from the metro and tram stops.
