  My husband and I were traveling through Europe for 25 days. This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. The room was large, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. The breakfast was about 7.50 euros extra but so very worth the money. The location - When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. To make a long story short: At the hotel I explained my dilemma to the staff at reception and couldn't believe the immediate response I received from. An hour later a doctor came to the hotel and gave me prescriptions for my medication and early the next morning I had everything I needed. Ever

  Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable room, although the bathroom is a bit small. We had a room on the 7th floor facing the castle district so our view was beautiful. Location is also great as it is 1 block from the M2 metro line, 1 block from the southern train station and streetcars stop in front of the hotel.   Great - very central - location (the main metro station is just a few meters away), helpful and polite staff, and the rooms were very large and comfortable.
