Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure. Great - very central - location (the main metro station is just a few meters away), helpful and polite staff, and the rooms were very large and comfortable. We found the complimentary breakfast quite sufficent and we were able to park our car right in front of the hotel (free of charge). - The room was exactly as in the pictures,good size , clean

It has terrific views of the riverand the Parliament, the rooms are modern and clean, and the staff arevery helpful. And it is only a short walk across the bridge into therestaurant and shopping areas of Pest. Plus it had Wifi and parking!

first of all, the room was wonderful : clean, pleasant, big, the bed was one of the best we ever had in an hotel. The location of the hotel is also quite good and not far from all the visits' places.The staff were excellent. - Excellent service. High standard room (Superior Double Room) at a very good price (special discount).

The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby.
The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent.

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

The hotel is located very conveniently in the heart of budapest with access to metro, bus and tram right outside the door.
The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. We stayed in a superior room which comes with a huge balcony and provides a beautiful view of the adjacent streets and buildings. And the room itself was beautiful!
