  Delightful staff, lady concierge very helpful and help us to plan our days to make the most of our stay . Restaurant recommendations were good too.We had a river view which although more expensive well worth it. The hotel gave us a complimentary bottle champagne as it was our wedding anniversary.Room was a delight - The location is superb. The location is also fantastic, so central and within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Try their cakes in the bar!! - The restaurant, the staff, the location.. ultimately everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations, especially considering value for money. The hotel is absolutely perfect and the staff are eager to help wherever they can, also they are quite happy to talk to you and answer any questions you may have about Budapest. I would definately revisit this hotel in the future.
