The suite I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable.. excellent value for money..

The gym is too small and the only treadmill was out of order

The room is well equiped and cozy. Everything in the hotel is clean. The breakfast buffet was great.

We requested to have a one-bed bedroom but they told us they just had this in a "smoking room" which was inacceptabke for such a big hotel. The keys to enter the room were 80% of the time not working. We were annoyed to go back to the reception at least once a day. The basement elevator was broken the whole week. Where were the bellboys?

the location

the receptionist and the fact that I requested something via Booking and in the hotel they told me I could not have it = a king bed!! and they told me the fault was of Booking and they did not took the fault of anything nor did nothing about it
