Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk.   We would like to thank Afroditi, Mary and all the other staff of Elina for our wonderful time there! The hotel was close to everything, both the beach and the old town, our room was comfortable and bigger then we thought, there was a balcony and a bathtub.
