The location was really good close to other hotels and shopping area by car or bus. The staff are well spoken and very nice. The design of the hotel is brilliant :)

What was there not to like about 9 Muses Exclusive Apartments?!? The location is outside the port so you are away from the noise but not that far away. The apartments where extremely clean and well kept. The complex was gorgeous... beautifully kept apartments, gardens and the views from the pool/ breakfast areas are breath-taking.

We loved this hotel. Everything about it is amazing. The owners have literally built this hotel from several refurbished homes and have created an amazing oasis for weary travelers. Symi is a fantastic and peaceful island in sharp contrast to Rhodes, from where we traveled by ferry. Fun to go by taxi b -
Amazing hotel in a very convenient location in Symi's port. The hotel has been build as a small village where all rooms lead to the main square which the common garden of the hotel. Very clean with spacious room and very friendly staff. From the first floor some of the rooms have views to the village but there is no view to the sea. This is not a problem because the hotel has lovely gardens and in general the environment is very calming. Highly recommended.

The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar).
Being a 5 star hotel we thaught that the cocktails at the pool bar would be much more expensive than the rest of Faliraki, But NO, it was only 0.3 cent more :) So we had a lot of those :) -

Staff was very friendly, enough parking for rented cars very close to your room. You don't really need a car because there is a little shuttle bus, but it's easier to get to your room, and also in general to explore Rhodes... From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The rooms are spotless and so is the pool area, it is so relaxing. We had a meal in the restaurant one night and could highly recommend it, the food and service were excellent.

I do like the relaxed but professional atmosphere, the staff, the location just by the seaside, the view (sea view bungalow!) and that the entire Place is very very Clean and well kept. Beds are suprisingly fine, and the balcony is just cool and gives a fine extra space for thinking and in my case writing, -
