  Thomais, the hostess, was the kindest, most helpful person I have encountered in my 50 years of travel. She brought my clothes to a laundromat; mailed a rare fruit specimen (legally) to the United States; and when I lost my cellphone, picked it up (after I left Crete) and mailed it home. I was genuinely moved. The facilities at Madonna Studios are ... что говорят » excellent, but the real difference is Thomais. - I liked the room which was big and bright, I could easily prepare my own dish as the cooker, coffee maker, kettle were provided or go to the tavern which was just across the street. the landlady was very helpful, kind and she even baked for us traditional cakes with cheese!! we had fresh flowers every day too.I stayed for 3 days and truly enjoyed it.

  The town Siteia is very Greek. The people are nice and friendly. The information we had was from the daughter of the owner off the appartment and was very very good and friendly. Thank you for that. There are a lot of restaurants at the boulevard and they are very good. It was a ***** stars appartment very good. To start, our kitchen was fully stocked with every conceivable thing you would need to cook your own meals. Moreover, they had even been kind enough to load the freezer with ice - Beautiful accomodation in a fantastic situation .Anatoli means "sunrise" these villas face the south coast and the view out to sea in the morning sunshine is amazing ! Manolis and Maria are friendly and couteous though they do not speak much English. Anatoli is abeautiful village.

  Wonderful stay a the hotel... Our room/appartment (with sea-view) is fine and big enough for 3 people with lots of windows and two balconies! The main sleeping-room is big. Only the bathroom is perhaps a little bit small... but hey! we don't want to live in our rooms, we just want to rest there during the night! For us (as trekkers) it was an ideal place: ever - This is the place to stay at Sougia. Big comfortable room, ultra clean is what we needed for a 2 days stay to hike down the gorges. Hotel owner Markos did more than the expected making all arrangements for our hiking trip which is much appreciated and definitely something most people need when going to hike in the surrounding gorges of Samaria and Agia Irini.

  Great location, beautiful view to the sea, helpful and friendly people. Everything was really clean and the rooms are designed and decorated with grate taste. Also very quiet (the only thing you could usually hear was the sea which is really close). The sea water pool proved to be a great idea.
