Arrived at 8:30pm and was greeted by the hotel owner, Mary, who offered us dinner. One could not ask for a more genuine and caring hotel owner. Hotel is set in an ideal location with both mountain and Souda Bay views. Only a 20 minute drive to Chania, 25 minutes to Limnopoulis water park, and an hour from the beautiful beaches in western Crete.

We want to commend the hotel.
Hospitality was wonderful, the hotel staff was wonderful and welcoming. As we arrived nighttime meal. To warm attitude we received during our stay.
And is close to the beautiful beaches and the city of Chania.
In addition, anyone interested in seeing the West Crete, is an excellent place to stay and exit west.
Strongly recommend...

Lovely soft sheets, Kristina and Yiannis were incredibly hospitable and welcoming, all staff were friendly, well situated, relaxing location, easy to get into Platanias which was buzzing, we loved it : )

If you like family atmosphere you can not be mistaken to come on this
place, the owners are friendly,sincerely honest, you can always tell
them what you need, they are always there. Rooms are clean beds ok,
facilities good you have everything you need. Pool is exellent
especially for children, surrounding is very pleasant and quiet, perfect
for holliday.You need a car (but you need a car in whole Crete).The

The service of throughout this hotel is excellent. Fromt he moement youa rrive until the moment you leave, everyone is friendly and accomodating for all needs. The rooms, pool and restaurant are all very clean (and I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness)! We would recommend this highly and would glady make a return visit for a longer period

Clean, very friendly staff. We didn't get the bracelet for all inclusive which makes you feel more comfortable, instead the staff is trying to know better their guests having a friendly and relaxed communication with all of them. Quit during the night, so you could sleep well. Good food, tasty food.

This is a family run hotel and they are quite new having been here only 4 months. They are a very nice family. The hotel is very comfortable with a nice pool and short walk to the beach. Out of the hustle of the main town and port but just a 1.1 Euro bus or 10 Euro taxi. The breakfast was excellent. I would reccomend the Oasis as a place to stay

The hotel is an ideal spot for people who like busy places but want to sleep in peace and quiet. It’s a few steps from the busiest street I have seen in Crete. Everything was beyond our expectations . Theodore who works on the late shift is brilliant . Full of knowledge and so helpful . Location is on a side street which is quiet but only 50 meters from everything you could possibly need which is on time main road . Facilities brilliant too . If your booking your holiday independently then book your transfers from and to airport via Resort Hoppa . For the two of us , it only cost £20 return . That's right ! £5 each way per person . Lovely decor and rustic style. Villa with its own pool is very spacious and private. Breakfast was good quality. Good base if you are looking to travel around western Crete by car. -

We only had 1 night at the hotel which of course was not enough! Fantastic location, great pool (especially with kids section), a small playground, and within just a minutes walk of the beach. Loved the destination as well, a great surprise as the beach is terrific for kids, and lots of great restaurants line the boardwalk (which is car free). Perfect destination for families.
