terrace", which is just a standard balcony and not a outdoor area

He, almost always went out of the way to make the stay effortless.

The warm welcome by staff was appreciated as we arrived very early morning at around 4.00am.
Breakfast each morning was good and pool was great. Location was excellent with lots of nice eateries along the foreshore. Excellent value for money. Late check-out no problem at all at no extra cost. Highly recommended for a family wanting a quiet location.

Convenient location-it may appear to be a distance from the Acropolis on the map but once you have your bearings, is an easy walk. The owner and his wife where very friendly, I felt like home. The room was clean and remodeled with a fridge, tv, air coditionair and wifii. The location was excelent in the town and across the beach. The first night we arrived he gave us the keys and told us we are like a family feel at home.
I recomend this Villa to families, couples or a small group of friends.

Simply the best hotel that I've ever been. The neighbourhood is quiet, very green and the air is fresh even in the hottest days. It is very close to the train station and also in 10 min by taxi to Marussi, where many companies have offices and this makes the hotel very good for business trips.
