  We arrived in early hours of the morning after travelling most of the night, with this in mind the staff were very efficient and accommodating to ensure that check in was quick and effortless. The hotel is well located for the port and is basic but comfortable and clean, we could not fault the hotel. - clean , good price

  The hotels is quiet, clean and with a fantastic breakfast. One of us was sick and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. We extended our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. As for the comments about the neighbourhood, except for one street between the museum and the polytechical school it was just fine. My advice is to just avoid th... что говорят » at street (Tositsa) an use one on either side. - We spent here two fantastic weeks without watching tv, so we don't know how it works. But the room was big and clean. On the opposite side of the street is Polytechnic School so we had no "neighbours" looking through our window. Instead o lot of free parking space (in greek meaning ofc). Many police officers 24/7 in the area. Safe and quiet place.

  Great room very clean AND Tidy good bathroom and facilites. I arrived late so didt=nt go out, however restaurant was closed and i didnt know where i was to go looking for dinner so room service was available - note 20% extra charge on everything so one regular pizza which was huge too big for me and two JDs and one diet coke was 40euro which was ... что говорят » excessive. Brekfast fine late check out great friendly staff - overall ok - Location PERFECT, steps from the metro which is very easy to navigate in Athens. Staff SUPER helpful and informative, rooms luxurious. Bear in mind this is a budget hotel, but probably because it is not in the center. But for the value, the hotel was clearly recently renovated and impeccably so. I stayed just one night and it was easy from the ferry and easy to the airport.

  Good location. Comfortable. Nice decor. Tea making facilitities not inroom, but on asking we were given cups and kettle. - It is at the center of the city so you can easily go every way by feet.

  We chose to stay at Phidias Piraeus because we needed a hotel close to the port seeing we were taking a ferry at 7:25 am. Well they were wonderful! First, we got there early from our other location and we needed to get our rental car back to downtown Athens. They had no problem in letting us leave our luggage there while we took our car back. 'W - This is an excellent hotel. It has been recently refurbished, so both our room and the public areas were clean and modern. The friendly staff were courteous and very efficient at their jobs. We were welcomed with a small bottle of wine and given advice about local restaurants and shops. The hotel is located in a nice safe part of Piraeus, near the marina, shops and many restaurants.   Great facilities for the price, great location, and friendly staff! I was thankful for the air conditioner, cable tv, and great breakfast! - It was close to the train station, clean, had what I needed.   - friendly and helpful staff - excellent combination of price and service - good location At the reception I recieved all necessary information and answers on my questions like: "how to get?", "what to see", "where the nearest...." etc. The staff was really very friendly. Then he added that he has such cable at home and will - The hotel was situated very close to the metro with lots of little restaurants and shops scattered around the area. Unfortunately it isn't very close to the beach, however you can take a couple of trains and get there relatively easily in about 40mins. We checked out early purely because we wanted more of an island experience rather than an 'Athens city' one. You will definitely get the feel of what it's like living right in the middle of Athens. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
