We consider the hotels' roof garden with it's great view relaxing atmosphere a great place for food and cocktails.

If you visit Athens and you are looking for a pleasant stay,go to Polis Grand Hotel!!! - from the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome. The service was great and very caring. The food throughout was wonderful and fresh - at all the establishments in the Polis Grand. They offerred the freshest and best buffet breakfast we have experienced so far in our European travels. Would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to reccommend it to anyone!

Upon booking, I had requested a non-smoking room on a higher floor. When we checked in, we were given a room on a second floor that was a smoking room where everything was scented with nicotine. However the hotel were happy to accommodate us with this change when we checked in. The doors are double to the balcony which is good for the busy street. For this hotel, it is definitely located in a great area, Syntagma which just a few minutes walk from the metro. The staffs is excellent, services is comprehensive. Even the decoration of the room and the shampoo also is a high level standard. Especially, there is a staff which will be birthday two days before me - 13/6. I highly recommend this hotel for any kind of stay in Athens. The staff is very friendly. The value for money is splendid. Close to the Megaro Metro station and us Embassy for landmarks and easy
travel to and from the airport. Only five Euro taxi to the Acropolis
area. Good burger and rib joint right on the other side of the street
when you want something easy and simple.
