  Everything was great! After we booked Lambros, the owner sent us a friendly email asking article details and arranged to meet us at the ferry. From there it was a short walk to villa, which is about a 2 min walk from the beach and in a beautiful setting with lots of vines and flowers. Every morning we would be greeted by him and or his sister and made to feel so welcome an - We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Mata. This family-run place is super friendly and welcoming. The rooms all have private balconies, but there are also communal spaces which make it easy to meet other travellers. The garden setting is gorgeous and really peaceful. Many people hit up Ios to party, but we had a very relaxing time staying at Villa Mata. The little outdoor kitchen is handy for cooking up some food. Also the staff were really helpful when we were planning our onward leg.

  We liked a lot that the hotel was family-owned first of all and also it is in a perfect location for whatever you want.Furthermore cleanliness is on other advantage of the hotel.I recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in an ideal location in Ios - Friendly staff, clean room, very good in general.

  Modest but very cozy rooms next to a quiet, nice beach. Location perfect (10-15 minute walk up to the city, bars and nightlife). The owner Katerina is a sweetheart! - Accomodation was fine in a great location just a stones throw from a lovely beach. Thank you Maria and staff we may see you next year.

  Very happy with this. I was travelling on my own but was make to feel at home by the owner. Location is amazing, literally across the road from the centre. The hotel had a young, vibrant feel and all the people were alot of fun.   Gail/ Maria was a superb host, made us feel at home and gave us some excellent island tips. The location is right in front of the best beach in all of Ios, calm waters, no rocks and great service. - Great location on a quiet beach.

  Pelagos was one of the most fantastic places we have ever stayed. Conveniently located right between Mylopotas Beach and a short walk into the main town it was in a great place with amazing views.   We only stayed there for one night and overall it was a good experience. Nothing fancy about this hotel but the rooms were comfortable and surprisingly quiet for a hotel this close to the port! The receptionist and the agency lady were very friendly and helpful at all times. Nick went out of his way to find us at the beach on our last day to let us know our ferry had been cancelled.   everything, was great and very friendly. Will be there again! - Very friendly and helpful owners. The pool facilities were fantastic, great location and ideal for families with older teenage children. We all really enjoyed ourselves.
