  Babis and his family are so very kind and helpful. For high season I think the value was excellent. Short walk into Fira was easy. Bus stops to beaches outside hotel plus there are eateries , a supermarket etc just around the corner. It was nice to stay in a village opposed to right in town plus to are close to town anyway. Shuttle service into Fira on the hour was - This is the place! I can't quite describe it otherwise, but this place feels like "home." We received 5 star quality service as the owner who is also the concierge, receptionist, driver to many excursions, and the driver from and to the airport is always there when you need him! I honestly can't figure out how he does it. The rooms are clean, neat, and serviceable with a feeling and style from this island. Oh, and the wi-fi was very useful. Everything was great for us!

Owner welcoming and friendly, lovely little hotel with good rooms well maintained and each decorately differently. Small continental breakfast, but lovely. Nice little roof top terrace with loungers and seating with good views. For the price which included pick up from airport and transfer to port a little gem.

  We decided to book three nights in this hotel because of the good reviews. It's a great budget hotel with a loveley owner! So friendly and helpfull. The rooms in the hotel looked nice and were clean. The shower was great! In front of our room we had a really nice balcony were we could sit in the shade and have breakfast.
