  We visited the hotel in May, therefore it was not overcrowded. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is clean and nice. Beautiful views. The food was good most of the times, tasty desserts and fresh salad. There was ice cream available at lunch/dinner time and at the bar.   I've came back from Royal Sun hotel few days ago. We spent there whole week, and if I will be ever back in Chania I will choose this same hotel one more time :). Hotel was nice, rooms were cleaned every day. View from hotel is great, you can see whole town center and the sea.   It's a very nice hotel, we enjoyed ourselves a lot there. Friendly and helpful staff, 2 swimming pools, beach is very close - 2 min walk (there are a few beaches around). Quiet environment, Chania (Hania) is a few km away, it takes 5 min by car or by bus and about 20 min walk to town center.
