Очень чисто, приветливый персонал, говорит по английски и наверное даже по русски пару слов может сказать.   The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. - The hotel is 2 blocks from a metro station and surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. They also made special arrangements so that we could check in really late. The room was very spacious compared to other hotel rooms we have stayed in in Europe.   Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic. Very smart rooms with ultra modern decor. Bathroom open plan with room but toilet does have sliding door for privacy. Shower is great with multiple modes and no problems with going hot or cold. Bed is comfy with separate single duvets. Duvets and pillows are down but not a problem for my feather all... что говорят » ergy. Spa on top floor is interesting, rather exposed so not for use by the bashful. Very pleasant and efficient reception staff. Incredibly well plac - It would be impossible to list what I loved about the Axel; I've searched to find something that could be improved, but the rooms, the location, the decor, the dedication fo the regitry staff to help in every way..are all outstanding. I had some shower problems with the hotwater, and both times, the young man at the desk came almost immediately to resolve the problem...and did so, graciously.and efficiently. All three young men at the desk for the four days I was there, were friendly, warm and
