  The hotel is about 100 m from the train station and bus stop. Close to the old town, a supermarket, shops and restaurants. Our room was modern and big enough for 2 people. The room was very clean, the bathroom, as well. Staff very friendly and the manager's English excellent so no worries there.   Great place in a great area. This lovely hotel lies on top of a hill just in front of a beautiful lake from which is visible the famous castle of Neuschwenstein. I hope to do - Very nice breakfast and staff - they were very accomodating when our party ran into car trouble and got in very late to our hotel - beds were turned down and ready to be slept in! Location is good - very easy access to nice hiking and biking trails and the King's Castles - and we had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony window.

  Friendly staff, good food, nice room - Beautiful views to the lake, big spacious room (although we think we were upgraded as we had booked a room with balcony and initially were put in a room with no balcony). Even though English very limited, staff were friendly and smiley.
