Excellent german breakfast with nice patio.. 30-45Min from most black forest attractions and sites.. 20Min from france.. 30Min from rust (europa park). Nice small playground for little children.. Room lacks a refregerator but was supplied on demand.. Lacks air conditio - The location in Schallstadt was great for visiting Freiburg. The train station was within a short walking distance, allowing us to leave the car at the hotel and commute into the lovely city of Freiburg. The outdoor beer garden and restaurant offered a very good selection. The town was historical and very quaint, with lots of village barns to photograph.
