  We were made to feel welcome from our check in to our last good bye. It was wonderful to get to know the owners who were present days and evenings, and everyone of the staff was efficient and sincere.   Отель очень хороший, уютный, в традиционном баварском стиле. На ресепшен говорят по-русски. Прекрасное расположение - пешком до центрального ж-д вокзала несколько минут, близко Мариенплац, супермаркеты, магазины, большой универмаг Karstadt. При этом отель расположен в тихом переулке. Квартал немного турецкий, рядом с отелем - казино, но чувствуешь... что говорят » себя безопасно. Отличные завтраки: вкусно, большой выбор ( 3 вида паштетов, 5-6 видов колбас, мясные котлетки, несколько видов сыров, причем не тольк - Отель очень понравился, приветливый персонал, все работает, хороший завтрак, до старого центра 10 минут не спеша, интересная обстановка - деревянная скрипучая лестница, очень все миленько и уютно. Нет лифта, но пережить можно, нашу дочку почти 5-и лет на 5 этаж муж пару раз заносил на плечах, т.к. уставала за целый день хождений, но в Германии с их едой и пивом это даже полезно)) Не знаю, почему у отеля только 2 звезды, заслуживает большего, но нам это на руку, т.к. цены на отели в Мюнхене оооо

But in my check out bill there was an extra charge for breakfast for two (i never had a breakfast in the hotel ) so when i said it must be a mistake the guy from the reception apologized and remove it from my bill immediately. Bathrooms are small but well designed with rainshower heads and sleek fixtures. Location to prime areas (specifically the main train station and Marienplatz) are very good, but there are many hotels in the area that provide the same locale. Parking is 18 Euro per day but not always available. Food (breakfast especially) is ridiculously overpriced, but makes getting it an easy decision as there are so many breakfast options nearby at a very reasonable

  Loved this hotel! Such good value for the price. The room was so cool/modern & very stylish as was the foyer & bar area. Everything was very clean & our room was large as we had our daughter sleeping on a rollaway bed & still had plenty of room to move around.
