We had a very clean, comfortable room overlooking the street on the first floor. The custom built furnishings were very nice, as was the walk in shower. Very comfortable bed. Liz from KL summed it up well. We had the top floor room which is split over two levels, and fro the top level we could see the Dom. Very convenient location, close to railway station and there is a suburban line almost right underneath the hotel now, so convenient to arrive into the city by train. Breakfast was outstanding, with local gourmet ingredients. Great staff. Quiet location too, set on a quiet back street just outside the central part of town. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay from the very start. At check in the lady gave us loads of information about the best Christmas markets and was really welcoming. We arrived 3 hours prior to check in time, yet as the Apartment was ready, we were allowed take up occupancy straight away.We had our own entrance to the swimming pool which we used every day. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful than they were. We were given assistance with our bags as there was no lift up to the Apartment.

The hotel was booked with some trepidation as the location, using google street view, looked uninspiring. It is on a fairly busy road junction, but our room on the 6th floor was very quiet. The hotel stored our cycles in a store room inside. Facilities at the hotel were superb ... a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, sink, and all the basic utensils plus bedroom and separate small lounge area with couch, tv, desk and small table. Great location for exploring the town.

The twin room was spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds and equipped with all the facilities a guest could possibly need. The service was excelent, very helpful and kind staff! - The people at the Hilton Koln are allways friendly and helpful. This is always good in a country outside of the US.
