  Loved the location of the hotel which is so close to the DOM Cathedral, the Rhine River (which extends to 4 countries) the city center with shops, pick up point for city tour and Cologne's tourist center. Restaurants abound in its vicinity. Hotel room was enormous ( we got upgraded), clean but styled in the 80's. For those with heavy luggage, there is one flight of stairs to take you - The room was as advertised, clean with all required amenities. Breakfast was awesome with a wide choice of hot and cold food and beverages. Staff was really welcoming and helpful plus they offer you as much fruits as you want and one free bottle of water daily, which was really fantastic. The location is also just a 5 minute walk from the Dom and central station plus there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Great experience and hotel!

  Great location. Wonderfully comfortable rooms. The breakfasts were verygood with a great variety of different foods on offer. The staff, everyone that we came across, were more than excellent, without exception.   Отличное месторасположение - пешком через ж/д мост от центрального вокзала 15 минут. Весь общественный транспорт рядом. Тихая улица, вокруг множество кафе и баров. Достался номер в мезонине на 4-м этаже. Просторный, светлый, с видом на Дом и выходом на большую терассу. Большой чистый санузел с окном. Завтрак нормальный, без претензий, но вполне ... что говорят » сытный. Любезный персонал, очень стараются быть полезными. Если придираться, то можно найти какие-то мелочи. В целом же отель совсем не разочаровал. Д - приветливый персонал, молодой человек на ресепшене ответил на все вопросы, показал куда отогнать машину, в номере не отсутствовала лампа в теалете, когда пошли гулять по городу сказали об этом на ресепшене, к нашему возвращению все исправили. Завтрак обычный.
