  good location for car owners because it's situated just outside the Umwelt-zone, there is every 6 min a tram going to Alexanderplatz (you are there in less then 10min), friendly hotel owners and spacious room+bathroom, very clean and well equipped.   Peter, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, providing extra sheets and speakers for an iPod after we arrived. The apartment is in a quiet part of Karl Marx Strasse, 1 min from the tube, 10 mins walk from Alexanderplatz, 5mins from the Spree, 5 mins from Volkspark, and so is very central.   Great location for all the huge amount of bars/restaurants etc of the area, but quiet rooms overlooking large inner courtyard. Also only 4 stops on ubahn to alexanderplatz.alos close to a tram taking you all the way round danzigerstrasse direct to the heart of another great hangout area called prenzlauer berg. ( cultural brewery and prater beergar... что говорят » den etc...). everything spotlessly clean. Was given a good sized double for sole occupancy which was much appreciated. Really nice to kick back on the - Location of this hotel is very good! It was easy to get there from airport Schönefeld sxf‏. You can take Airport Express train rb14 and get to "Alexanderplatz" station. Change here to subway u5 line following to "Hönow". Get off on "Frankfurter Tor" station and just walk a bit to hotel. It was pretty silent in the evening as well as in the morning when I woke up. Big comfortable room was nice designed!

  We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was to a high standard, clean, with a modern kitchen and spacious bathroom. We were met at the apartment by Stefan who was very helpful and friendly. There are supermarkets within a five minute walk, as is the underground station, five stops from Alexanderplatz. It is honestly one of the best value places I have ever stayed in. I was late arriving at it was not a problem at all - the room is large, very clean and the bathroom and kitchen are great. I really cannot recommend staying here highly enough. I will definitely stay there again and have recommended it to friends and family.

  The hostel was clean and friendly and was in a part of town with easy access to the city centre. I liked the no-fuss approach of the place.   The Staff was extremely helpful, and assisted in arranging transportation and provided much great information about Berlin. Their help really allowed us to maximize our limited time there. The hotel is just a 12-15 minute walk from the O2 center, which was our reason for being there - a super +. The staff were fantastic....when we arrived we found that there was a mix up with our reservation. We had been allocated a 2 person room instead of a 4 person apartment. It was quickly sorted out with some swaps. The apartment was fantastic, the WiFi was very solid and the location perfect.

  During my visit it was really cold in Berlin so it was nice to have a warm and clean place with cosy atmosphere, a good basis to discover the city. Really liked the districts - Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg - close to it, little bars, good places to eat, cool and lively area. - The location and the relaxed environment were the good points of the h... что говорят » ostel.
