  We had a great stay from the very start. At check in the lady gave us loads of information about the best Christmas markets and was really welcoming. The apartment itself was clean and a really decent size. It's location was the best thing; virtually at the entrance the the Alte Market Christmas Market and the huge ice rink on Heumarkt.   We stayed for 8 nights, during a trade show, with our two small dogs. The room was really good. You have a fridge, and a kettle, and a lot of storage space, and a nice bathroom with proper bath. The staff was very accommodating, giving us a remote room where our dogs did not disturb anyone even by chance. Facilities at the hotel were superb ... a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, sink, and all the basic utensils plus bedroom and separate small lounge area with couch, tv, desk and small table. Great location for exploring the town.

All the amenities of home, even a bathtub and balcony. 20min walk to the Dom and 15 min to Severinstrasse with nice shops & restaurants. Nice and clean appartement with small kitchen which is perfect for several days (we only used the refrigerator and coffeemaker, so didn't really cook). Next to supermarket for basic needs.
