Provides extra facilities compared to a usual hotel. Friendly, new and great to have food, bar, pool, spa all in one venues. Bus stop at gate great also . We would stay here again anytime. -
This is a wonderful hotel.
Located in a nice and quiet area, very nice and relaxing SPA. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to spend good and relaxing time in Hamburg.

The room situation was excellent. Totally cleaned up everywhere. The swimmingpool and fitnessroom nearby was also enough for one's satisfaction.The instructor there (man and woman) were definitely kind. - Very comfortable room, great breakfast selection, friendly staff, excellent range of equipment in the fitness room.

The staff was very kind, she they waited for us and explained some tips and POI of Hamburg, very kind and helpfully staff. the room was good and clean, also comes with a kitchen.

Helpful staff - Some 4* hotels can be quite rude to young people stopping in groups. We stopped here after a music festival and must have looked pretty rough on arrival but they were still very friendly and helpful. They also spoke very good english. Absolutely loved this place - I am an architect and business traveler. I found this hotel to have the prefect balance of design, casual retro, and a familiar home feeling. The staff were awesome, the breakfast was great, and the overall vibe was perfect. I will definitely stay here again, and I have already reccommneded it to friends and colleague
