We had a great stay from the very start. At check in the lady gave us loads of information about the best Christmas markets and was really welcoming. Excellent location practically beside the Cathedral. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the apartment didn't have any features that were not kid friendly like sharp cornered tables, lots of trinkets etc.. We had three children under age four and it went smoothly. They loved looking out the window at all the action outside. The supply of free coffee and a bottle of beer was a nice touch too. The apartment was fantastic!! Modernly decorated, clean and comfortable. Internet was provided and there couldn't be a better location. Right outside the door is the DOM! If I ever make it back to Koln, which I hope I do, I will be staying here. -

There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs

We stayed for 8 nights, during a trade show, with our two small dogs. The room was really good. You have a fridge, and a kettle, and a lot of storage space, and a nice bathroom with proper bath. The hotel was booked with some trepidation as the location, using google street view, looked uninspiring. It is on a fairly busy road junction, but our room on the 6th floor was very quiet. The hotel stored our cycles in a store room inside. Facilities at the hotel were superb ... a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, sink, and all the basic utensils plus bedroom and separate small lounge area with couch, tv, desk and small table. Great location for exploring the town.
