  Absolutely excellent hotel, which is definitely on 5 stars level, helpful staff, ideally clean and nice designed rooms. Generally, the hotel was much better than expected to be. If I'll be again in Berlin, I'd stay there again and highly recommend this hotel for others. The only weak point is the "arty-farty" restaurant with very short menu and ... что говорят » the food is not specially tasty and definitely overpriced. But this is not big problem, because there are a lot of excellent restaurants for any taste - Excellent location, <5 min walk to Gendarmenmarkt and 5min walk to German Dome. Closest metro stop is Hausvoigtel which is on a great line and can take you (without changing lines) to the Zoo or Ku-damm (shopping area). Wifi is free, stable, and reasonably fast. Hotel rooms are very well appointed and smart. Some great dining options closeby like Chipps for breakfast. All in all would stay again - really a nice hotel.

  This is a wonderfully situated apartment almost in the heart of the old East Berlin, but in a very quiet street just 3 mins away from Friedrichstrasse Station. There's a lovely little shop just across the road which is open until late and a bakery a little further along the street. He was also really flexible around our arrival times and helped store our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight out. All our queries before the holiday were answered quickly and thoroughly which was a big help. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and the location is fantastic - loads to do in local area and train station 5

  I only stayed one night, but it was very nice. A big clean room with a big comfortable bed, a nice desk to work in the window, and fast wifi. It is an easy walk from the U-Bahn station. The hosts were very welcoming. I arrived wet from the rain, and they put out hot tea for me, and even loaned me an umbrella for the day. Is located between 2 ubahn stations ( wittenbach and the one we used Nollendorf.) There are many nice cafes within 2 blocks and a wonderful grocery store across the street. It is just 2 blocks to KaDeWe and a post office.

  The room was very nice and clean. The beds comfortable. The shower excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. Very close to everything in Berlin - Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent - such a range of foods to choose from. All the staff were very efficient.
