When I remembered later in the evening I called and the lady at the reception was kind enough to locate my phone through house keeping.   Hotel was excellent, very clean and friendly, only slight down point wastraffic noise was loud even though on floor 14. would definately stayhere again - The bed, also the staff were amazing friendly and helpful!

  I have to say that the Hessischer Hof is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially the head waiter who accommodated us for dinner despite us not having a reservation, The room and public areas are furnished with real taste and style. The dinner and breakfasts were excellent. I felt that the hot... что говорят » el staff really wanted your stay to be enjoyable. - Excellent hotel all around. I stayed for three nights and despite the great facilities and complimentary drinks, I must say that the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. I don´t remember a hotel with as nice staff as the Hotel Hessischer Hof
