Front desk was manned all the time. Apartment was very clean. rooms were spacious. Staff were helpful. No facilities to hold cases as we had a late flight but we left our cases in the main train station at a small cost and this worked out a lot better for us in the end. - The location, easy access to transport and central to accessing main sitesof

Location is good, 5-7min to the nearest S-ban and U-ban station, 3-4 stops to the city center.
Owner Marc was very helpfull. We arrived early in the morning, at 8:00AM, but Mark helped us and provided luggage room without checking. Even on the Easter eve, Mark made time and helped us with connecting to internet, also explained about nearby station

We cannot recommend these apartments enough! Great location, great facilities and great staff! The apartment was really spacious and ideally located near two metro stations on the main line running through the city. The apartments manager Marc was really helpful and friendly and actually recomended a Vietnamese restaurant right by the apartment where we had one of the best meals of the trip! If we visit Berlin again we will definitely try to stay in Apartments City-Room Berlin next time.

Simply amazing, close to the U-Bahn, clean and nicely designedapartments, the area is full of nice bars, restaurants and nice shops .The service was amazing, we booked an apartment for 2 but after threedays the landlord asked us if we could move to a loft since there was aproblem with the plumbing (we didn't notice anything though ...) . Everything is good in these apparments. I travel a lot, and this is one of the places with the best value for price that i have stayed in. Kind staff, Optimal location, well comunicated, good surroundings for eating and drinking. Checking was brought forward and Stefan had someone there very quickly, we had a late afternoon train on departure and he thankfully let us stay late checkout.
Good neighborhood bars, cafes and underground all nearby also supermarkets.
