The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. It is very convenient to the U-bahn and S-bahn. Excellent breakfast. - The hotel is fairly close to the metro stop. Also, it's very clean and good value for money.

This was a fabulous small hotel in the heart of a great neighbourhood of Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg. Unbelievable location in quiet area yet steps from the hip shops and cafes in this great area. Очень уютно и красиво внутри! - The hotel is surprisingly posh, we didnt expect such a caliber when booking it. The staff is very polite, very helpful, and it is easily accessible through U-bahn and S-bahn. - The hotel was excellent and if I understood right, opened just a couple weeks ago. I hope it will keep it´s high standard also in future.

All rooms have a good size kitchen (with silverware, pans, and pots included) and a balcony. A delicious breakfast is included in the price---who can ask for anything else. Say hi to Hans at breakfast---he always greeted us with a smile. - The appartments were large, included breakfast, staff were polite and helpful and it was excellent value for money. Public transport was very close, very easy to get around.

The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.
The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).
If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street.

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. While not most modern it is well maintained & managed. Everything worked as it should and staff friendly and extremely helpful. (Stefanie the best concierge we have sruck - anywhere). Two minutes walk to public transport and tickets available at hotel. Complimentary croissants and coffee from 5.30 to 6.30 great for early departure.

We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited

Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn.
