на момент нашей поездки это был самый дешевый отель в берлине,
расположен он в центре города, около главного вокзала(поездов абсолютно
не было слышно), и третий важный для нас плюс: в номере есть
санузел.брали на 3 номер для 4х(с 2мя двуспальными кроватями).конечно,
номер крохотный (12м),но нам он нужен был только для ночовок, вечер
посидеть с чае

аэропорта надо сесть на автобус до главного вокзала Hauptbahnhof,
перейти дорогу и по диагонали -
Расположение хорошее, в 10 минутах Рейхстаг и остановка экскурсионных автобусов, а также автобуса №100, кот. провезет за 2,6 евро\2часа по основным центральным достопримечательностям.
Чисто, аккуратно, мебель простая, но добротная.
Сантехника и вообще ремонт ванной свежий, что для меня важно.
Очень хороший стеклопакет, шума не слышно совсем.
Дешевый и по европ.меркам приличный завтрак(пару видов ветчины, сыра, хлеба, мюсли, йогурт, чай, кофе, какао, напитки, джемы, шоколадная паста).

Персонал отличный - The apartment was absolutely brilliant, better than we had imagined. it was all very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also brilliant, the shower in particular was great, definately washed away our New Years day cob webs!

It was like having your privet apartment in Berlin. The Cafe at the street was very friendly with Internet. Very close to the U and the main train station. The Hamburger Bunhof Museum (modern art) just few minuets walk. Kitchen had all you need, even a small dish washer, toaster and coffee maker. The only thing we missed was the Internet. - first we met a very pleasant staff, and were led to the nearby flat, in a very nice street. spotless bathroom with bathtub, nice sunny room with double bed, kitchenette ( dishwasher inc. ). everything was new, the building was quiet and 3 minutes from the nearest tube station. i highly recommend it, it sure will be the place i'll book next i travel to Berlin. - The hotel is wonderfully located in the city center. One has a choice of rooms for different price. We actually as students stayed at the cheapest one but were pleasantly surprised with a comfort and cleanness of the room. At the reception we’ve had the best treatment one could only wish! The staff was extremely friendly and most willing to help. Many thanks!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, within walking distance of several notable sites in Berlin, including Checkpoint Charlie and the Brandenburg Gate. Easy to find by car from motorway and good parking facilities.

The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. Location. Easy quick walk to the BulowstraBe Ubahn station. Restaurants on PotsdamerstraBe around the corner. Wifi was great. I was on the ground floor in the section of the hotel that was only accessible via a quick walk through the hotel's parking area, but therefore the room was QUIET. No noise from the train outside the front. The room also felt newly renovated.
