  I am extremely positively impressed by the behavior of the entire staff who checked me in and checked me out of the hotel. Furthermore, the Hotel General Manager Mr. Kayhan Kilit handling with my requests and complaint was extremely impressive and more than satifactory. I highly recommend this Hotel not just for its close proxim - The hotel is very new, and has very nice installations. The staff is very friendly. There is a great garden with a "sandbox" and toys for the kids. Very near to OstbahnHof from where you can reach every place in the city with public transport. Convenience and restaurants nearby. Very family friendly. Washing/dry machines in the basement for 4 Euro each program.

  Loved this hotel! Such good value for the price. The room was so cool/modern & very stylish as was the foyer & bar area. Everything was very clean & our room was large as we had our daughter sleeping on a rollaway bed & still had plenty of room to move around. It was nice & quiet...we all slept late which doesn't usually happen... что говорят » especially when we have our daughter with us. We arrived in Munich by train & found the walk to the Eurostars Hotel easy even with our suitcases. - My wife has stayed at most of the top hotels around the world.The Eurostars Grand Central would give any top hotel a run for their money. The Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was well appointed,clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. The location was excellent. I would like to mention the name of one Ms.Julia at the Reception who was particularly helpful and courteous,though this does not take away from the fact that your staff is excelle
