The staff were extremely friendly and exceedingly helpful. They answered all questions and this enabled us to maximise our time in Nuremberg. I will go back there certainly. - Expensive, but woth it. Could hear the loud noise from pedestrian traffic outside, but still a nice view of the train station. Great movie selections!! Awesome.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip to the Christmas Market and the location was perfect! The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to request a non-smoking room. The staff on the front desk were very nice. The room was wonderful. While not large, it was still very elegant feeling. I loved the picture of the burning fire which had sounds of crackling. Reception staff all spoke good english. Although limited choice the bar menu was pretty good and tasted fine. Parking on site was ok. rooms clean and fresh.
