Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

We were treated with care, and even upgraded to a business class room. The accomidations were exactly what we needed for our short stay. - The locatiion of the Hotel, breakfast was excellent and the fact that room was cleaned on a daily basis

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. Location was great for the train station, the city and the airport bus. Definitely would stay there again if we return to Frankfurt. - lovely hotel with excellent staff. great breakfast !

We went to Frankfurt for a concert and picked this hotel because it was across the street from the Festhalle. It couldn't have been nicer or more convenient. If you go to the fair - location is excellent. To the center it is also just 15 min walk so I explored all the city from this place. Breakfasts are very good - with all kinds of fruit and juices and oatmeals, chease and meat. Tea, coffee in the room. It is only 15 min by taxi from the airport and the railway station is 1 stop from the hotel. Will stay here the next time.

The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably close to the train station (5 euro taxi ride). Free internet and a/c were a plus. ... что говорят » ys chose to stay at the Alexander again. - Located on a quiet street but with a tram stop about 100 metres in one direction and a U-bahn stop a similar distance in the other direction the hotel was ideally located. Breakfast was good and open till 10.30 n(12.30 on New Years day) so was ideal for late risers. The staff were helpful and very friendly. No complaints whatsoever.
