All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this

The buffet breakfast was wonderful, including fresh squeezed orange juice. Beds very comfortable and rooms quiet. - Only 2min from tramway station (line 17 to central rail station, 8 min). Nice view to some skyscrapers. Rooms are clean, minibar-prices are ok.

We went to Frankfurt for a concert and picked this hotel because it was across the street from the Festhalle. It couldn't have been nicer or more convenient. If you go to the fair - location is excellent. To the center it is also just 15 min walk so I explored all the city from this place. Breakfasts are very good - with all kinds of fruit and juices and oatmeals, chease and meat. Tea, coffee in the room. It is only 15 min by taxi from the airport and the railway station is 1 stop from the hotel. Will stay here the next time.

I have to say that the Hessischer Hof is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I found the staff friendly and very helpful. An example of this was despite having to leave at 5.30am on my last morning, they still produced a good buffet breakfast including fresh coffee. - Staff directed us to best food for our one night stay. Great directions in using local transit service. They also offered extra early breakfast.
