  The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, very close to the subway, and perhaps 15 minutes walk to the train station. The street is calm and full of restaurants and shops, though not loud or late open. It's situated close to a park and the Alsterlake. The hotel staff tries to maintain the purity, cleaning and change of towels every day, all disinfected.   I had a single room, which was small, but served the purpose that I needed. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and I really appreciated the free wifi! The shower had great water pressure and overall the room was just fine.   This is an older German gasthäus so it is what it is. However, you would be hard put to find a modern hotel as clean as this place. It was spotless. My room, #21, was very quiet and comfortable. I also felt very safe in the area. There is a smell that is apparent when the room is shut up for a while, but again, not because of lack of cleanliness. ... что говорят » Leave the windows open while you are out and you will be fine. This place is close to everything including some very good restaurants. Would return wi - I've stayed here numerous times, love the central location near the main train station and the happening street nearby with cafes, bars and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Never tried the breakfast as I usually go to one of the nearby cafes or bakeries due to sleeping in. It's always my first choice to stay here. Free wifi. Some rooms have no bathroom, so you need to make sure what you're after...
