This hotel was excellent. The staff were gracious and accomodating. Parking is available on site and there is a wonderful market just around the corner. I would love to go back. - Very good staff, excellent room and view. Location.

I know there have been a few poor reviews of this hotel but if you go ask for a street side room, the rooms are spacious, the beds ae firm but fine and the room is clean and functional. It's not luxurious and that's ok for what you pay. This is a grand old hotel and the interior is good, it's not clean lines, fancy, modern but it's a great hotel i

The location was excellent, as it was a short walk to the train station.
There were tram and bus stops nearby as well. Breakfast was very nice.
I mentioned that it was our one year anniversary, and we had fresh fruit in our room when we arrived. I'm not sure if it's standard, but it was definitely a nice treat since we checked in at around midnight and were a bit hungry.
