We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. The Hilton was lovely, you did not have to leave the hotel at all, the restaurants, both Trader Vics and the Mark Brandenburgs were fab and not expensive. Very central. - Truly a 5 star hotel, in a quiet neighborhood, in the center of the city, just next to Underground.
