.Good ac. For Europe it has large rooms. In all it is a great hotel fortravelers on the road. The best free fitness facilities on our trip andalways open - Hotel and room was vevy clean. Quiet place to sleep. Breakfast was great.

This is a modern, up-to-date hotel. The rooms are very quiet and very clean. A refrigerator and a room safe are a big plus.
Location right next to an S-Bahn station is great for traveling, and the stores there are good for picking up food and snacks. If the weather is humid, the A/C works great.
We would definitely stay here again if in Hamburg

Helpful staff - Some 4* hotels can be quite rude to young people stopping in groups. We stopped here after a music festival and must have looked pretty rough on arrival but they were still very friendly and helpful. They also spoke very good english. As a disabled traveller I was really delighted with the hotel.

The staff were very pleasant and professional and hard working particularly keeping the restaurant well stocked during peak times at breakfast. Everywhere in the hotel was quiet, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated.
