Very nice breakfast and staff - they were very accomodating when our party ran into car trouble and got in very late to our hotel - beds were turned down and ready to be slept in! Location is good - very easy access to nice hiking and biking trails and the King's Castles - and we had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony window.

Even if this hotel was about 5 KM from downtown Fussen it was really easy to get there and certainly worthed. Great location and very quiet. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Comfortable, reasonably spacious apartment close to main town centre and only a short drive to major tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful landlord.
The three of us (self, wife and adult daughter) had two bedrooms, a kitchenette, washing machine and dryer available, good access and parking.
The place to stay in Füssen for the cost conscious.

The lady there is so wonderful. She told me lots of important information before I asked. She also gave me guest cards, and it really helpful for a family of five. The room we got was also wonderful. Quite nice experience there.

Great hotel in a beautiful location, overlooking the lake! The room was lovely - beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Kitchenette in the apartment which was a bonus, including dishwasher. You get a "Fussen Card" during your stay, which gives you free public transport and a discount on your castle tickets. The hotel is easy to get to, a 5-10 min drive or 15min bus ride from Fussen. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel (Strandbad Hopfensee) where you can get bus 56 which comes eve

sorry to the owner for getting the breakfast time wrong in the morning, we didn't know the clocks had changed, hehe. excellent little hotel, we had the douple/tripple room, very clean and very large, thanks - The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. i would definitly recommend House L.A. to anyone staying in Füssen.

This is a "designer" hotel and every turn had surprises. Memory foam beds - so comfy. Chalet-looking balconies overlooking a castle on the hill. Great showers. Good breakfast. Fast internet. Our 2 rooms (one couple per room) each had room for a small family. Ours had a larger-than-usual queen bed, a single and a bunk built into the elaborate headboard. Our married kids room had the large queen, 3 stacked bunks and a little kitchenette. Unexpected. Beautiful linens. Would go again an

Our young children loved the apartment we stayed in because they had their own room with "supercool" beds (ours was pretty comfy too). The kitchen was well equipped, thug, as previousy mentioned, the "Clean Up or Else..." sign was a little off-putting. We were on the first floor, so the stairs were not a big issue, and the place was very quiet while we were there. Location was perfect and the lack of traffic around the hotel made the short walk to the parking lot a worthwhile trade-off.
