The staff throughout the hotel were efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than anticipated and was well heated. It had a tilt and turn safety feature built into the window. The bed linen was cahanged daily as were the fluffy and soft towels in the bathroom.

Friendly staff at check-in. Nice room on the 6th floor (603). Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Wifi signal was strong, and free for all three of my devices. Real hangers (not the anti-theft type), a free bottle of sparkling water a nice touch. Great sauna and clean exercise equipment. All-in-all, a great place to stay, IMO. -

Efficient, friendly staff. They allow you to choose the room design that you like. The rooms are fantastic! - Everything. The staff was great. Rooms clean. three stops in from the airport is the Hbf, where majority of the city's hotels are. It is also the Red Light District. Many reviews have issues with the area, but this doesnt reflect on the hotel to me. If you're in Frankfurt for more than a few nights, go further into the city or rent an apartment

All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Ideal for city trip cause its close from main town with literally 5mins drive to Frankfurt Main Train Station by cab. I had a double bed room for single occupancy, it was perfect size, comfy and bright. Shower and hot water works perfectly, weather was cold outside but seems hotel set temperature was perfect that I did not need to switch on the
