  Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available.   We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. We really loved the little balcony for our evening glass of vino. - Location was handy, being very near to the main train station with underground and tram and bus connections. However, it was a little too far to walk to the main attractions. The apartment was fantastic - very spacious and the beds were very comfortable - and the children loved the indoor swimming pool.

The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar.   Останавливались всего на три дня, проездом в Париж. Новый современный отель, понравилось все, жалко, что не выбрали завтрак, чтобы оценить питание. Вежливый персонал на ресепшене. Удобное расположение, в 5-ти минутах Потсдамер плац, сразу за отелем метро, станция Mendelssohn-B - мы брали невозвратный номер, но с хорошей скидкой, поэтому в итоге жили в номере более высокого класса по цене стандартного. очень порадовал бар, который ежедневно пополнялся. сам отель прекрасно расположен прямо у выхода из метро, да и практически в центре города. интерьер очень успокаивающий. на этаже в коридоре поют птички (из динамиков, конечно) и какие-то запахи леса ещё распыляют для полноты ощущений. также можно бесплатно брать на прокат отельные велосипеды, если возвращаешь их до 11 веч

The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.

If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice.
