The professional people who man the reception desk are great. This includes Jeanine, Ricco, Peggy and a pleasant man with a beard who likes techno music.Everyone was extremely polite, responsive and cheerful about my questions and requests.When I got back to Berlin, I will stay here again. -

It was really clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the location was pretty good too. I stayed in a single room with attached bathroom. Although the hotel is situated next to a train line, my windows faced an inner yard and it was nice and quiet so I slept really well. The hotel has really cosy common rooms with pool, huge TV set, boardgames etc but hardly anyone ever used it! -
The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel as well as a movie night in the cozy TV/DVD room after browsing through the great DVD selection of the hotel. Table tennis was also great fun. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are very functional.

The people working there are very helpful, positive and they provide you with all kind of useful information about the city. The decoration is awesome and it gives you the feeling of relaxation and comfort. The rooms are tidy, clean and well decorated. - Very friendly staff, nice facilities, room was very nicely done, felt like a hostel/hotel, we were in the comfort room which were en-suite and a very nice place to stay! The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed, although a small microwave oven would have been nice. Also, the manager checked us in late in the evening, and he was very friendly and helpful about how to get around Berlin to see the sites. - Good organised. Good place for a cheap stay.

Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can
recommend this hotel to anyone!
