Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, within walking distance of several notable sites in Berlin, including Checkpoint Charlie and the Brandenburg Gate. Easy to find by car from motorway and good parking facilities.

I loved staying in this apartment and was sad to leave it. It was spotlessly clean when I arrived and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed.
Great location a short walk to the subway and near a street with a number of restaurants and cafes, but set off the main road so it stayed pretty quiet most of the time.

Besides our very kind host, the location pf the apartment was superb, close to public transportation, yet still nice to just stay in. Everything was sleek, clean, well thought of. I would definetely book it again and recommend it to everybody.

I'll never stay in a different hotel in Berlin again, we got a three room apartment for 30 quid each per head per night... brilliant! - We found the tourist information to be lacking although the staff were very helpful.

The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. Hotel great for our needs which was a quick stop off from coming in from Schonfield Airport. We needed a hotel which had a late check in as our flight was due in at 10pm. The Hotel Manager was very helpful and helped us with understanding the public transport system. - Everything was fine. Very clean.
