1, This is a new hotel in a nice residential area only three subway
stops from the zoo station. The subway stop is a block away.
2. Several good restaurants in the immediate area.
3. Excellent buffet breakfast, albeit at 18 Euros a pop.

This is a very nice modern hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and beds also great. I stayed for more than week but never got the "tired" feeling I sometimes get when staying in a hotel. The play area for children was also extremely thoughtful. And the hotel is conveniently located right next to a station which is one S Bahn stop

Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated,
only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms
were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very
professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and
spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds
could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they
don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso.

The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages.
