Staff was very friendly and forthcoming. Rooms are clean, business traveller-style. The hotel restaurant features delicious and generous local dishes. The breakfast buffet was great too.

  Whilst the hotel is extremely dated (80's) it is clean and tidy. It's also spacious - both in the rooms and the public areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was truly excellent. Very convenient location for passing through Bavaria. Easy parking. - Nice staff, very helpful - they set up a new table when they saw there was no free table for us for breakfast - and speaking English. The rooms are clean, some have a balcony even though it is not advertised, there are a few English channels on TV and the hotel is very close to the highway and to the center of Augsburg, with a giant free parking.

  I booked a double room for my family, but upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite. I guess the room was available and we were allowed to enjoy it at no extra charge. I don't know if this is policy or just individual kindness from the receptionist, but it has caused us to make Quality Hotels our go-to hotel chain in future travels.
