  We were given one with wonderful views over the resort. Mme. Marie and her assistant ,Andre ,did make meaningful amends such as not charge us for the failure of so several vital facilities . That somewhat mitigated our frustrations. Yes we will return as the managers Marie and Andre seem fair to us.   The staff working in this hotel is above excellent. Travelling with a 6 months old can be challenging but all our requests were looked after with the greatest care. Contrary to what you would expect in the mountain resort, the food was great. Obviously France is the cheese country, so dairy was quite present but again, when I indicated that I am l... что говорят » actose intolerant, all the food was taken care of and I had no worries. I would recommend this hotel for families, I think I saw that this was their s - Friendly but professional staff. Great choice of food at breakfast time, even though there were only a handful of people in the hotel due to it being the start of the ski season. Let me keep the room until I left in the afternoon after a morning on the slopes. Small but clean and functional rooms with great views.

  Food very good Bar area is great for a cold beer after a long ski and for an after dinner nightcap Ski in ski out ! Great staff Massages were apparently very good. - The food in restrant is outstanding! Wery comfortable and relaxing room and lounge area design. Very helpfull and frendly staff.
